That place is very bad. Bed covers were too dirty. Water pipes licking, AC not working etc

I do not like anything there.

Location was good, room good as well

TV was blurry, had it changed but still the same problem, so for 25k per night couldnt watch TV the little time i spent in the room.The food was over priced( N5,800 for a plate of pounded yam), still the kitchen guy went away with my change, had to ask the reception the 16hrs later, apologised and the receptionist gave me my change instead of the guy who did room service.

The room ambience is ok

The Ac is not working and the power is not stable

My room. the toilet could not flush and no matter how many times I called to complain, no one came to check it out or offer a change of room. Also water went mid bath?

Not a happy stay. The hotel changed the price on arrival

The hotel refused to honour the reservation price that was given by booking.comThe reserved room was then downgraded to a cheaper, crampy room. I felt insulted, but I had to take the room to avoid going around town in search of another hotel

bed frame is bad , you expect that such room would be locked until renovations is completed. had to ask for towel. practically no space in the room. bed is small, not built for a 6 footer.

Very bad service. After confirming my booking I got to the hotel and was told that the room is no longer available. That I should have called them. That was from a rude receptionist....General a bad service

The restaurant was always open 24hours

The amount stated on the booking.com page after my reservation was not the same at the hotel when I arrived at the front desk to make payment.

the building needs to be upgraded esp the studio rooms … sheets and duvet were not cleaned looked used like the bed was remade just father the previous guest left . the mattress is in dire need of replacement

I was told to pay $62 instead of $32 on my booking from booking.comThe receptionist said Booking.com gave wrong price

Dumebi the receptionist during my stay was exceptional. She even shared with me her phone hot spot / data to use to complete my passenger location form required for my travel back to the UK. The property is well located in Lekki Phase 1 - with good connection to anywhere in Lagos. There was a complimentary breakfast that was included in my chosen room type.

Hotel WiFi is terrible and not reliable. Food menu was not provided in the room. Room service have to come to your room and verbally tell you what they have on offer. The telephone provided was not functional. You've to walk downstairs to directly speak with receptionist. The TV and remote provided in the room was not functional.

Location was excellent

They made me pay higher than the online rate I booked. Service was poor, electric kettle in the room was not working and finally, despite booking for my wife n I, complimentary breakfast was served for 1 person and u didn't have a choice of what you wanted.Due to their disagreement over d booking amount($34), I was kept waiting for almost 2hours before I could check in, only after I paid $53.30.

The staffs were very pleasant and welcoming. Had an issue in regards the amount agreed online by booking.com had to wait for some minutes but the manager was able to resolved it. The receptionist on duty she was wonderful.

The room isn't like on the pictures... The bathroom for the studio bedroom cannot even fit a human... and the whole bathroom was dirty

The fact the room was equipped with a bidet...one I dare not touch! Dirty despicable hotel.

There was a big rat near the pool where I was eating.The indoor pool had wrappers floating in it.Water dripped from the ceiling when using the pool next to the sink.The bathtub was dirty.One of the night stands was broken. There is also a high potential for a slip and fall due to improper choice of flooring.They also claimed the roomed booked through your site was not available which resulted in ms paying 100 cand for the hell hole!
